1. Luxuberry maintains strict policies and does NOT accept gifts or trade products for posts or stage appearances. All unpaid marketing requests and press releases will be ignored and marked as spam.

2. Brand Image Protection & Partnership Criteria:
To protect our brand image and values, Luxuberry will not partner with any company that, within the last 5 years, has:

- Removed or discontinued their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs;

- Been involved in controversies or received negative press that conflicts with our values;

- Engaged in actions or practices that do not align with our core principles.

* Prior to finalizing any partnership, Luxuberry reserves the right to conduct a poll with its audience to determine if the proposed collaboration aligns with their expectations and values of what they think of our brand. This poll will occur after the first payment is received.

*If, during the partnership, Luxuberry’s audience or internal review identifies controversies or actions by the partner company that conflict with our values, Luxuberry reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately, without further obligation.

3. Payment Policy for Campaigns:
A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. A further 25% payment is due upon draft approval. The final 25% payment must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to content publication. While last-minute opportunities may be considered, Luxuberry prefers campaigns with a lead time of 30+ days before the deadline.

4. Payment Policy for Events:
A 50% deposit is required upon agreement. The remaining 50% payment is due at least 25 business days before the event date.

5. Creative Freedom: I agree to grant 80+ % creative freedom to Luxuberry’s team, understanding that their expertise and insights ensure the best results for my campaign and its audience.
