1. Luxuberry maintains strict policies and does NOT accept gifts or trade products for posts or stage appearances. All unpaid marketing requests and press releases will be ignored and marked as spam.

2A. Payment Policy for Campaigns:
A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. A further 25% payment is due upon draft approval. The final 25% payment must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to content publication. While last-minute opportunities may be considered, Luxuberry prefers campaigns with a lead time of 30+ days before the deadline.

2B. Payment Policy for Events:
A 50% deposit is required upon agreement. The remaining 50% payment is due at least 25 business days before the event date.

3. Creative Freedom: I agree to grant 90% creative freedom to Luxuberry’s team, understanding that their expertise and insights ensure the best results for my campaign and its audience.
